The owner of this restaurant is not honest.
I have been to Vietnam a couple of times. I have mostly enjoyed the trip, but always had to be careful for the locals providing the wrong change, trying to over charge for the food, and cut corners. I thought this would be different since I am in America. I was wrong!
I paid for extra broth and noodles which was $1.50; however, they didn't provide extra noodles or broth. I saw the order already waiting when I ordered extra food; I thought they would add something to the cup or add an extra cup, but they didn't. When I got home I was surprised to see how little food there was. My wife had to add extra ingredients to try to make it filling.
Also I paid $2.00 cash for the extra broth and noodles that cost $1.50 and when I checked the change it was a quarter and a nickel not 2 quarters. When I called to explain the owner just said "oh bye-bye" and hung up the phone. That is somebody that doesn't care about customers. How can he run a business?
I can only recommend this restaurant if it doesn't bother you to support people that are dishonest cheaters and cut corners in life.
**As Yelp doesn't let me leave a public review on the owners comment I am also posting a response to his comment here:
I didn't go there earlier this year and leave a $1 tip and say I was pleased as the owner posted in the comment review. I just moved to Arizona about 1 month ago.
One more time the owner lied and is continuing to act in a dishonest manner.
When time comes only god will be the judge. If you continue to act dishonestly and not respect customers, you can't stay in business any more.
