  • HORRENDOUS! They tell you they direct bill insurance when you go in, then the wife tells her employees to say they don't direct-bill when you come out of your appointment. Made an elderly woman cry and said "what's the big deal, it's only $600?!" Materialistic, immoral, unprofessional and plain rude. They don't deserve your business, or anyone's for that matter.
