Goong stands out pretty well in quality terms of Korean bbq.
The wagyu is extremely juicy and flavorful and doesn't even require any seasoning to be enjoyed.
The side dishes were also abundant, including steamed egg, spicy tofu soup, 2 salads and more.
Service is very well considering.. It's a Korean establishment (it's okay to say, I'm Korean) and tops off other places cough tofu hut cough. We ordered the beef and pork platter and it came with enough food to more than satisfy 3 people. They will have ice cream as a dessert option in the near future which we were able to sample with our review. It actually has a surprisingly fresh and rich French vanilla taste and has good creamy consistency for a house made dessert, I was impressed.
The wagyu and bulgogi was the most tender imo off the meat selection, and being able to get a larger platter to try a variety of selections makes the experience more fun and enjoyable; something I highly recommend.
I have to say this place was moderately priced and pretty good in terms of quality and service.. Deserving my 4 star recommendation. Kahhhmn sahhmnii dahh
