  • I have been taking my 97 Ford Taurus to another mechanic for at least 5 years, and needed my brakes checked during a short work week (Thanksgiving week). Since my regular mechanic was swamped and was leaving for vacation, I decide to try A to Z after some research. Every past review was positive. John was very accommodating. He checked out my vehicle (no leaks or damage), topped off the brake fluid and put air in the tires for no charge. He would't even accept a tip. The issue seems to be resolved. Friendly and honest customer service. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a relatively older vehicle in North Royalton. I am seriously considering switching permanently, because I like John's management style better. A to Z answers their phone, unlike my regular mechanic, who doesn't always pick up or, for that matter, return phone calls when I leave a message. It seems that A to Z appreciates the business.
