  • I certainly miss the old Ranch House Steakhouse. I was so pleasantly surprised to find another restaurant left in Charlotte with the ambiance and fabulous steaks and seafood. My family dined at the Beef n Bottle last night to celebrate a birthday. It was everything a revered steakhouse should be: the ambiance was vintage; the wait staff very informed, helpful and efficient; the steaks and seafood entrees were prepared and served perfectly. In observing other diners it was not difficult to surmise that this restaurant was a cherished destination for many others. I cannot wait to go again. Be sure to make a reservation if you want to be certain to be seated.
