Was disappointed in their food quality and think they need better cooks. My filet mignon came out medium rare the first time when I ordered medium...the manager came out and said they were remaking it and said it was very close...I questioned what he meant by very close when I ordered medium and it looked like tuna sushi uncooked and it was defiantly undercooked and the soft butter wouldn't melt on the potato. No problem they would remake all. The second time it came out it was medium well and no one asked how it was done and I was too hungry to send back. OK so my advice to them get a cook that can cook a steak or remove it from your menu completely! Also, what cook doesn't season with salt and pepper? It was the most bland of meat I've ever tasted and I eat steak at least once a week. I don't recommend steak at all there the service was friendly and efficient but manager seemed like he also didn't know what a medium steak looked like...it is pink all the way thru but not raw with an 1/16 the inch brown on each side! My son felt bad on mother's day that I got to watch him eat. Their signature dessert was nothing spectacular at all.
