  • I don't usually write reviews but feel I had to for this location. If I could it 0 starts, I would! Today, I became a ghost as soon as I walked into the store. The person who was standing in front of the store pretended to be busy when I made eye-contact- not a smile, no hello, no acknowledgement. I started to walk around and 15minutes past, my existence was still not acknowledged. The person whom I asked for help looked away, and the cashier did not know how to say thank you. FYI, they were not busy nor understaffed. I got a much better customer service at Yorkdale and Eaton Centre location and they are pretty busy. Please spare yourself HORRIBLE customer service and do not shop here.
