  • This is a quality dealership! At a recent service visit, I authorized replacing the brakes on my MKX thinking they needed replacing. My service adviser phoned me and said my brakes were just fine and did not need replacing! That is impressive! Customer oriented versus merely selling repairs for the dealership!
