  • Wow. That's my initial reaction after accidentally stumbling across this Yelp page. I am a current renter with City Property and therefore can only speak to that, not the owners side. I can say as a renter that I have never had anything except a positive relationship with City Property. I have been renting from them going on 5 years now. Always responsive to repair issues and great with communication on anything we have needed. Brian, Denise, and Karen have all taken great care of us. I would highly recommend them as a renter for anyone that may be looking .
