  • AVOID THAT PLACE !!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AN OMBRÉ ~ according to Eli Sabbat. This a "great Job" with "THE technique". I'm extremely desapointed with my hair. I came in the salon 10am until 1.30pm (he was working on 5persons ar the same time and as everybody he only have 2 hands) I asked for a "blended" ombre here is the result. I'm an understanding person and it's ok to messed up if you are willing to fix it and make it right. This was. Or the case at all. I let Eli know that I was not happy with the result and I needed to make point for 10min he was stated "this is th ombré technic and it looks great !" After some time we rescheduled an appointment on the next Wednesday.... when I showed up the Salon was "close" after giving him a call he said that the appointment was Thursday. Whatever the Thursday morning he called me back to cancel the appointment because he has d something else to do and rescheduled me for Sunday 11am. I came him te-explained showed him what was wrong and here it started : "I'm just gonna fix the sides because I don't have the time I don't want to work on Sunday afternoon" ... obviously I'm happy to spend my day off at the salon right ? - so why you give me an appointment at 11am ? "I opened the salon only for you today " (when there is 3 other persons and he his the only hairdresser). I told him it is not only the sides you need to fix the whole thing and he continue saying " people are not looking at the back of my Head anyway so we can't see it !!" I told him there is 2 choices, either you take your time and fix it and we are ok or you can reimburse me and I'll fix it somewhere else. This is real dishonesty and a terrible job.... please take this comment into consideration because that kind of people doesn't deserve ANY businesses. On the conclusion if you get there don't even bother explain what you want, he just does whatever he wants depending on his time ...
