  • Went in with a friend to look at jewellery. The service received was not professional. They assumed we were window shopping and was reluctant to help us. We asked one lady to show us something from the display, she walked away. And then when another young couple came in and she went to help them. So we made another request to see something and she said she is busy helping the young couple. Even when the couple said, "It's okay you can help them first", that lady was like, "No, don't worry." Eventually we were helped by another sales lady but she was also very discouraging in presenting the pieces to us. They should remember that jewelry is not a need, it's just a want. If you discourage business that comes it to take a look then you might as well prepare for closing.
