  • This car rental location IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT. Its about a 15 minute drive away in a Sheraton Hotel. While this means generally no lines, you have to call for a pickup and wait until the van comes and gets you. Call, do not just wait or it will never come. The driver who picked us up was friendly and gave great service. The driver who dropped us off never said one word to any of the 6 people in the van the entire time, including not even greeting us as we entered the van or a "thank you"as we departed. We had no problems with the pricing but the car's tire pressures were all over the place. After looking at the tire pressure warning for a day, we stopped at Walmart and bought a gauge. One of the tires was extremely low and the others were extremely high. I would not bother to rent at this place to save a few dollars. Go elsewhere for convenience and service!
