| - I brought a large group here and when I say large, I mean about 60 people with half those being military veterans. I was running an event to take them out to dinner and then to see the MJ Live performance afterwards (date night for our service members).
I should have let them know that we had a show to catch at 7pm and it was crucial that we have enough time for food, which is my fault for not saying anything - HOWEVER, when I finally did ask about the food and let them know the time situation at 6:30 they were extremely quick to accommodate and they did it with a smile! The servers were quick, polite, and helpful.
Because I rushed my group, it was like having chow and they didn't have time for dessert. Joe (nicest guy) was kind enough to have all the desserts boxed up, allowed me to leave them at the restaurant, and took my bag that had materials in it for our veterans and stored it in the wine area. The staff really went above and beyond!
I come to Vegas once month to do events for our veterans and I have worked with a lot of venues in this area. The service is all over the place and on a wide range from "I'll do the bare minimum so don't ask for much to impressive" and I have to say this particular venue was the latter.
I didn't have dinner until much, much later because I was tending to my group most of the time, but it was boxed up for me and I'll say the chicken marsala was good! If you have a large group and you are doing a show or anything in the Stratosphere, I highly recommend this. Thank you to the staff and Joe once more - Joe is also very comical when you seem a little stressed which was nice to have.
