| - Posh Wash Dog Wash is a Self-Service Dog Wash & Grooming facility in Glendale were you can wash & groom your dog using ALL of THEIR supplies or you can have them do it for you!
This place has A+ SERVICE. I saw many happy, well groomed pedigree dogs in there at my last visit (I got to go into the back where they were working) and I even saw another Wheaten Terrier like Spencer. I was impressed! The dogs looked really happy and content - which is very important & tells a lot about the people working there.
They all looked great, and they looked like they felt great too! I was extremely impressed by the genuine care & concern that the staff had (for pets & their owners!). They were truly friendly animal people, and it showed.
I only had Spencer's nails trimmed - for ONLY $8.00 - that is an amazing price. Not really much of a service to give a review on, right? Well, you don't know Spencer and how BAD he is about getting his nails done. It is impossible! They were able to trim his nails like the pros that they are and with true smiles on their faces - very, very professional. It looks like they just love their jobs and like I said, "it shows!". You can't fake that!!
I will bring Spencer here for their true friendly nature and high degree of professionalism alone - but add to that clean, well supplied self service dog grooming stations and superior staff to take on the job if I prefer it - well that is doggie grooming service at its finest.
And they are open on Sundays!!! whoo-hoo
Their website does not tell much last time I was on it, so here is the deal to Bathe Your Dog:
* Self Service Wash for $20.00 - includes use of brushes, combs, nail clippers, towels, hair dryers, quality shampoo & conditioner, ear & eye cleaners, cologne spritz, and a breath mint - lol!
Need Electric Hair Clippers? They are only $10.00
Scissors are only $5.00
Toothbrush (it is a single-use) $1.00
Speciality Shampoo $2.00 (idk the dif b/t high quality & speciality though?)
BTW: Full Service runs from $40, $50 & up to $85 depending on the size of the dog.
I would just stop by and get a menu of their services.
Their prices for diy are great, and they are so convenient! I wish I would have found them before I ordered dog grooming clippers:-( ... But, I can clip Spencer there on their professional tables and leave the mess behind (no more fur all over the carpet) - very easy indeed! I am so glad I strolled into this place to get his nails done. They are really friendly, competent people who can handle my wild and crazy dog. And I really need the help with that.
