  • This is the absolute best automotive business that I have been. Another automotive chain, local here to the 'valley' (starts with an "Fle..."), agreed to lower my truck since I am now disabled and had a difficult time getting in and out. Almost $2,000 and close to a week later - they totally screwed up my truck and it was very unsafe. I went to Kelly Automotive and was greeted by Jeff - one of the greatest people that I have met! Friendly and professional. Took my truck and checked everything out and then let me know he could 'fix' it. He removed the 'kit' that was 'rigged' by those idiots that had ruined my truck and replaced it with genuine parts. My truck is now safe, the tires do not 'rub' with every bump and turn - and it is still low enough for me. He saved the parts and I could see where the threading and nuts were cut and shaved WAY to far - and made the truck 'dangerous'. And if I had driven many more miles, it would have ruined my tires. I also had the 'ABS' light on and asked him to take care of it. Fortunately, the anti lock brake system was fine. Unfortunately - it was caused by the other idiots when they messed up my truck! I was totally amazed when about a day or two later, Jeff called me and asked how I thought my truck was!!! This is one great person and one great place to take your vehicle. This place is beautiful and clean and comfortable. We will surely be bringing both of our vehicles there for any service required. I was amazed that there were not more reviews! I totally recommend this place!!
