| - I own a 2013 Panamera which is a fabulous car. It drives great, looks very nice and is just an overall pleasure. I am completely satisfied with the car. But every time I have anything to do at Porsche North Scottsdale, I am disappointed. It started with the sales rep, who was borderline arrogant and in some way not really trustworthy. If you think of a car sales guy, this was it. But we rolled with it. First time we had to bring the car for maintenance the rental car lady continued on the path of being an obnoxious individual who thinks she is something better. You definitely never feel like a customer there, you feel like a nuisance. The car had a strange high pitch noise, so the maintenance guy said, yeah, this is because on the Panamera 4 they assemble something wrong near the gearbox, so they changed it. Noise was gone, but the next time I had it in for inspection the maintenance guy said, wow, this is all wrong, we have to change it. So they reverted it, sure enough, the noise was back. Sounds professional? They have these surveys after you bring it in, and I expressed my dissatisfaction. Next thing that happened was, someone called me and apologized, but that was it. Special treatment? Porsche? Customer care? Not at Porsche North Scottsdale. I forgot, they sometimes wash your car, sometimes they don't. Ridiculous. Last time I was there, Porsche needed to make an update for the PDK. When I brought it in, the loaner they gave me was a VW, which had a huge dent in the door, tank half empty and dirty inside. It was disgusting, nobody cared. When I brought the loaner back, nobody cared either, so I guess the next one who gets this piece of crap will have as much fun as I had. The best however was, when I got the car back after it was there for about 4 days, the tire pressure was completely off, so none of these geniuses cared at all about the car, and the car said, your service is due in12 miles. They did not do anything with it. I had Audis, BMWs, but Porsche North Scottsdale is the low end of any dealership by far. They do not have their things together and my recommendation is, avoid these guys if you can.
