  • They say the 5-star rating is "as good as it gets." This is as good as it gets in Cleveland. Beats the nearby #1 Pho on flavor of broth alone, though you'd be better served to go to #1 Pho if you're taking someone out, given the decor of this place. It's simple. It's in a weird indoor strip-mall. I've had better in other cities, but if you're in Cleveland this is the place to go.
