  • So me and the husband have a brand new house with a keypad front. Unfortunately we did not set up the code, but are so used to locking the door by pressing the button on the keypad. Distractions, and a closed door later, LOCKED OUT!!!! We tried calling the manufacturer for the key pad, no luck for a general code and they told us to call a locksmith. So Yelp! To the rescue! We found Bill through good reviews, and rather going to a name brand popping lock company, we were like why not. Called Bill, got through right away and directly. He said he would be there in 20 mins and he did. He came very promptly, and was able to get us in our house in 5 minutes. What a lifesaver! Bill knows how to unlock your front door with a keypad without damage, and you can tell he knows what he is doing. Thanks Bill! Obviously we finally set up our code to the front door, who knew breaking into your own house was actually hard.
