  • I visited this location recently to find a birthday gift for my friend. I picked out a jacket and a sales person with red hair asked me if I would like to try it on. I told her no need and I would take it and she put it behind the cash for me. As I was going to pay, I decided that perhaps a gift card would be better in case my friend did not like the jacket. I let the sales rep know and suddenly her whole demeanour changed and with a dirty look she asked me, "are you sure??" When I told her yes, she briskly walked off in a huff without saying anything, looking very pissed off. She even gave me a dirty look as she passed me afterwards! I know they have sales quotas to hit, but there was no need for the attitude!
