After a battery replacement, my sister's watch stopped working the ensuing day. I returned to Gold Casters and the owner spent a great deal of time trying to diagnose the "real problem." Had we gone elsewhere most likely the battery would simply be changed again. Gold Casters tested the battery (3/4 drained) and then continued to work on the watch until it was determined that the light on the dial had malfunctioned (stuck on). The watch now works as it should as does the dial's light function! You do not get this kind of personal service these days. I am glad I took my sister to Gold Casters - she was visiting, in town for a convention.
