  • I came here a few times, and I've had a good experience with my hair at N15. The online booking is very efficient and simple to use, and the salon itself is super beautiful! For haircuts, there is always a consultation to help find a flattering hairstyle for you. My hair was cut by Hiroki, a senior stylist, and it ended up costing me around $80. Blowouts are also done well- I have very difficult hair to curl, but my curls retained their shape for the entire night. My hair was curled by Mari, and it took around an hour. It cost me around $40. I only docked a star off because the service is kind of hit-and-miss. Sometimes I receive water, sometimes I don't. Some hair stylists are friendly and chatty, while others don't bother asking for your name. As well, there was a time I came about 5 minutes before my appointment time, and there were no customers inside the hair salon, but I was still told to sit and wait for 5 minutes. It's a bit jarring. Overall I'm quite happy with N15, and I would come back.
