  • I made an appointment for my husband for a cataract exam and they were able to get me in the next day. When we arrived around 9am, there were only 2 people in the waiting room. We were greeted and asked to sign in. The waiting room was your typical waiting room, spacious and comfortable. We were called up soon after we got there and then called back 5 minutes after. The technician performed several eye tests and was very friendly and helpful in explaining as she went along. It turned out my husband did not have cataracts. We waited to see Dr. Patel. She was very polite and professional. My only complaint is that she seemed rushed- we did wait about 15 minutes to see her once the initial exams were done & I'm sure there were other patients waiting for her as well. Overall our experience with all of the staff was positive; they all were friendly and professional. The office and exam rooms were clean, and so was the restroom. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the wait time to see the doctor and the feeling she was rushed once she finished her exam.
