rev:text	I finally got out of this hell hole and bought a house. I wanted to update my review since my last one. It seems like the staff has changed since my last review and the girls that work in the office seem a bit nicer and a little more helpful, but that still doesn't change my rating for this place. In fact, it doesn't deserve even half a star. Over the weekend I was packing to move and went to shower. Turned the faucets on and there was no water. Called the after hours emergency line and they said a pipe broke but it would be back on in a min. The next morning I woke up to no water, without notice AGAIN. called AGAIN and they pretty much told me to call the water district. A NOTICE WOULD BE NICE AT THE VERY LEAST, don't u think? BUGS are a major problem during the summer. Trails of ants everywhere! Mind you, we pay for pest control as part of our utilities and no exterminator comes by unless u put in a request. so I requested when I had ants everywhere and the girl told me the exterminators were busy because it was in the middle of summer and would try to get them to come on that day (they only come on Fridays). My garbage disposal smelled like someone died inside. when the maintenance guy came to fix it after its 2nd time breaking, he recommended a certain way to clean it which I did, but the smell never went away. Speaking to someone at the front office is nearly impossible via phone call. They NEVER pick up the phones. I had a girl tell me once that if no one picks up it's because they're busy with other phone calls but there's always more than one employee there and I'm sure not all of them are on the phones. Or maybe they are since they get so many complaints, HA, who knows?! I still stand my ground and DO NOT RECOMMEND moving here. There are so many other great, newer apartments for the same price as reflections at the lakes that you would be much happier at! :)
