  • Absolutely horrible! Stay away! My warranty company called out air supply to fix a air conditioner on my apartment. They were sent a request on sunday night, no one heard from air supply until late evening tuesday! The company finally sent a tech out to fix the air, less than a half an hour later the air was broken again. The tech came back out the next day and said he couldn't get the parts but would for sure have what he needed the next day. We waited and waited but they never showed up, air supply told the warranty company they would be there 2-4 at 4:45, I finally got them to answer the phone, they said they never had an appointment scheduled! This company was so bad they made us wait for 4 days, and then never showed up! in the end the warranty company sent a real company to fix what air supply could not. HORRIBLE COMPANY, LOUSY TECHS, STAY AWAY!
