  • The shuttle and front desk staff were friendly and quick to get us in our vehicle, I'd give them five stars. My main issue was the actual car we were given. We rented an intermediate car and were given a VW Jetta which is fine. The inside of this car was like no other rental I have ever driven in my life, including ones we have rented from Ace in the past. Every single seat was heavily stained and just looked disgusting. It was vacuumed but nothing looked like it was wiped down and there were crumbs and fingerprints all over. It just felt gross being in it, and I'm surprised that it was acceptable for them to send out. We were in a rush and didn't have the time to go back in and wait to ask for a different car otherwise I certainly would have. It definitely seems like their standards have changed over the past few years.
