Love the deli. Don't love having to take back spoiled food from the deli. Super disappointed I can't buy the $2.99 tuna sandwich. It's either sold out every time I come in, or its been discontinued. Bummer. I really enjoyed speaking with the sushi chef by the deli, and it's great to be able to get fresh sushi there.
Things I love and don't love about this location. I was in about six months ago and the cashier was super rude. He is not a regular cashier. I think he's a stocker who was filling in. There was an issue with my debit card. The bank had put a stop on it due to tons of activity. Instead of being polite and patient he was the opposite. He didn't acknowledge the people in line behind me, no "Ill be right with you" nothing. Didn't say he could suspend the transaction while I dealt with the bank, stared blankly and generally presented an aura of annoyance. He said at least two times there was nothing wrong with the debit machine. Oh so helpful. Seven minutes later I was on my way.
Don't love the woman who was at the self-checkout. Just like the man before: no smile, people are invisible. Short hair, 50's. Not cool customer service. Get the blank out of the service industry if you hate interacting with people. Better yet, immigrate to Russia where the customer service is abysmal. The service workers are rude and mean and you would fit right in.
Don't love teensy Asian aisle at this location. I miss the canned Chinese tea available at the Aliante location.
Love: some super-sweet cashiers. The liquor manager who has fantastic customer service. The deals on the stuff I love. Clean accessible bathrooms. A decent beauty section for a drugstore.
