  • I went there April the 8th around 4:00 pm. I found a guy walking around holding his dog. The dog looked like it weighed 15 or so pounds. He had the dog half way in the freeze section on the pizza isle. I went to the manager and asked what the policy on animals in the store was. She went and spoke to the guy for about 5 minutes then walked away. The dog was allowed to stay in the store. The dog had no special vest or collar indicating it was a service dog. When i questioned the outcome they told me to go and say something to him. That is not my job to confront shoppers..I have been a Smiths shopper for 20 plus years but never again.
