  • I've been to the House of Blues Foundation Room about five times over the past few years. Lets just say the WOW factor has dropped. It seems each time I go there the service gets worse. The service isn't bad but it's no better than anywhere else. The first time I was there it seemed like we had two waitresses waiting on us. They would explain everything to you about the menu and help make choice if you were undecided. If you left your table and went to the bathroom, your napkin would be re-folded and all your crumbs would be swept away. If you ordered a bottle of wine it would be kept cool in a chiller. Well all of that is gone. The food is still good, but the wow factor has left.
