If a patient has an appointment, there is no excuse for making them wait two and a half hours to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous. This place thinks that's acceptable, as it's clearly their norm from both personal experience on three different occasions and hearing others talk in the waiting room. This still occurs even when the waiting room is empty. The doctor sits at the computer the majority of the time (task delegation people!). This last time, it took over an hour to be taken back for vitals, then I sat in an extremely cold room (I was told I had to deal with it) for over an hour and a half. No one ever checked on me, or even apologized for the wait. I went out a couple times and was given the cold shoulder--one time asking the wait time because I have blood sugar issues and needed to eat soon and was not feeling well. I waited for another 45 minutes, where at one point, I was curled over from nausea with the door open (I finally opened it because it was so cold) and still no one checked on me or asked if I was okay. AND IT'S A DOCTORS OFFICE! This place is a joke. Even if you have a workman's comp claim, avoid it.
