  • Bad bad bad bad bad experience here. Management didn't even help. Room was dirty upon arrival. Sheets were not clean. Which made me question the integrity of the entire room. I went down to talk to a manager he didn't even come out to apologize. Just told the front desk to move my room. So I got a new room. It was clean. Then all my family's card keys weren't working. Including mine. Went to complain again and the front desk waived my resort fees. But still. Horrible. Manager should've come to apologize and fix situation. I work in hospitality and this was just disgraceful to me. My family's room also got robbed and there are no cameras in the hallways so they couldn't help. And in some of my family's room the hot water wasn't working. Everyone had to be moved multiple times. I will not not not be back to this hotel. I was so unhappy with my stay. I didn't want to pay at all for my stay because of my horrendous experience here.
