  • Friendly staff. I arrived and was promptly greeted and welcomed by a technician & service writer. They assisted by directing me to the service counter. I had spoken with Craig earlier over the phone to make an appt. My family and I were visiting from California and, in usual form, were crunched for time. He instructed me to come in and would find a spot to help out with my dilemma. Both he and Steve were very hospitable. Informed me of the waiting area, complimentary coffee, and restrooms. Which were neat and CLEAN. Cleanliness is a must! The shop, work areas, and all facilities were neat and clean. Even the windows. Attention to detail and cleanliness is a sign of pride, professionalism, and organization. All to which leads to lasting customer relations and success. Special thanks to the entire staff. And don't think twice about running into epic service provided by Craig, Steve, and their direction of this team inspired atmosphere. Happy holidays fellas. And thank you again.
