  • This place is excellent. We chose to order take out since we live close by and the food was still fresh and flavorful by the time we got home. The noodles are cooked well - and when ordering take out they give the option of cooking the noodles yourself at home or having them cooked in the restaurant. The tonkatsu broth is bomb - both regular and spicy. This place is highly recommended for those looking for authentic ramen in the local Vegas area.
