  • Know what you want? They won't have it. But the next step down will be available for just $50 more! Don't trust what they say about laptops either - I often need to buy one as fast as possible and they don't even know the basic info about each one. There's no excuse for not knowing which one has six or eight GB RAM. When you're selling something worth more than $500, that's the most basic expectation.
