  • I had an excellent experience with Lather - A Pet Bath House. I genuinely don't have any complaints. I took my dog (a 2-year-old Australian shepherd) here for the first time this week, nervous after having one grooming experience where they essentially shaved him (after I told them to absolutely not do that), and another where they seemed to just wet him down and charge me $80. Lather is reasonably priced, Alison did an excellent job with the whole grooming deal (she somehow knew exactly what I wanted done despite how horribly I probably articulated it), and probably the most noticeable was how insanely nice, genuine, and cool the entire staff was. You can tell they actually care about the dogs and Lou (my dog) went from being shy at the beginning to goofily running the place when I picked him up. It's like he actually had a great time. We will definitely be going back.
