  • I just went in there to have an appraisal done on a diamond wedding band that I had purchased there a couple of years ago. Andrea and a male associate spent almost the entire time I was being "helped" flirting, talking, gossiping, and socializing with one another, while I was standing there. It was completely inappropriate and very discouraging as I witnessed the older gentleman that was helped before me treated with respect. I will never again be purchasing something from this store. I already called and spoke with the Operations Manager and received a blanket apology, which doesn't really do anything. Also, the ring I had purchased from Shane Co two years ago was never worn and in perfect condition. I had purchased it for $1100 and was appraised at a value of $66?! Seriously? What a rip off! I am extremely disappointed and hoping that I will be able to receive a better value elsewhere
