  • I bought 2 VW EOS's from this dealership. When I was spending the $85,000 they were very helpful and really attentive. Since the day I drove the cars off the lot the service has been inadequate. I HATE having to go there for service. It's the worst service I've ever had at a dealership. One time I was bringing a cab from the airport because I had to be on the road during routine service. I called them to tell them that I'd be there in 20 minutes to pick it up. When I got there the service attendant (yes, the very same one I had just spoken to) decided to leave work early and didn't leave my keys with the receptionist. The receptionist reluctantly called him and they acted like I was putting them out. I love the cars I bought. Great German engineering and a hard top convertible in one. But suffice it to say their service department sucks.
