  • The Worst Location!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!! Adida is the rudest representative ever she actually hung the phone in my face twice !!!! Worst costumer service ever! Membership expired at February, still had one more massage credit to use and was told can be used 60 days after expiration. Called in the 60 days period to set up a massage and was told the credit expired because they count it since last payment and not from when membership expired!! This is the THIRD time we have problems with this location and rude representatives that lies to customers and says they are the managers!!! And hung to costumers in their face!! TWICE!!!! I hope this time a real manager will call me back so disappointed and upset with them. You pay the money and won't get the service stay away from being a member with them!!!!!
