  • I have been here several times to get my hair cut now and I really enjoy coming in here. EVERYONE is so friendly and while I only have one person cut my hair, everyone that works there know who I am, talk to me, and make sure I am completely comfortable. Everything seems to happen very naturally, easy, and with genuine sincerity. Basically, the customer service is five stars because it seems so effortless and everyone is really nice. Israel cuts my hair and he is fantastic. We collaborate on the cut and look we want for my hair which I appreciate. I also appreciate that when he makes a recommendation for products to use on my hair that it happened after the first few cuts/appointments. He took the time to get to know my hair, the hold I want, and picked product that is right for me. It was thoughtful and not just an up-sell. There is nothing like leaving the salon feeling refreshed and like a new person.
