  • I was in town and noticed my nails needed some TLC. So I turned to trusty Yelp and found Luster nails. I debated just waiting until I got back home to Cali but since I had time to kill I went for it. My appt was at 11am and I got a pleasant woman named Lilly. She appeared young and I was worried that meant inexperienced. I was already preparing myself to be disappointed even before she started. Boy was I ever wrong! Not only did Lilly do an amazing job but I can honestly say she tops my list of the best gel manicures I've ever gotten. And over the years I've gotten a lot! I loved how even the polish was and how it didn't look all thick and goopy like some other salons do. She was careful not to cut my cuticles too deep as I told her I had a paranoia based on past experiences of being cut too deeply. Lilly checked each nail to make sure they were perfect and then had me too to ask if I wanted anything corrected. Cost $30 which was well worth it. They also have a huge assortment of colors to chose from which is always a plus. Only downside is now I'm bummed Lilly doesn't live in Cali.
