As of the date of this review, the store is staffed with a bunch of kids that would rather dance on the job and "hang out" rather than support customers. It reminded me of a visit to my son's high school. Why they have to explain to me how "cool" they are and what parties they attend is beyond me. I blame the management. If it were my company, I'd be pissed because I guarantee those employees are costing AT&T serious sales revenue.
