Golden Steer AKA the oldest steakhouse in Las Vegas!
I've been here twice for birthday celebrations and both times have been quite enjoyable.
Ambiance: Classic, vintage fee - you feel like you've gone back a couple decades. Dim lighting makes an intimate setting for a nice formal dinner.
Food: Prime Rib is a specialty on the menu but I've had the bone-in ribeye twice and am obsessed. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to the temperature of your liking. Never overcooked or undercooked - true steak professionals! Their sides are delicious too - I've tried the mushrooms, whipped potatoes, and creamed spinach. Their seasoning is definitely on point here!
Service: Nothing memorable (...TBH) however no complaints
The steak here is So. Dang. Good. I'll definitely be back just for the delicious food!
