This is my favorite drive through location in town, it moves well and they get my order right every time. But. If I have to go inside, I'll usually walk out if I see the female manager with red hair behind the counter. This morning, for example, I had my 4yo with me so we stayed. We ordered, my daughter ordered a "warm chocolate brownie". I declined a receipt and we waited. Our comes a wam chocolate cookie and my 4yo fixed up her face to cry. I told the barista we'd ordered a brownie and I was happy to pay the difference. Over comes the manager loudly announcing I was charged for a cookie, she tossed the brownie bag across the counter and walked away. I said, "Excuse me but my daughter ordered a brownie and I offered to pay the difference." She didn't turn around to look at me but I'm sure the entire establishment heard her yell, "You were offered a receipt, it showed what you ordered." I looked at an employee and asked if that woman was the only manager. "Yes. Sorry." Her empathetic look was enough. My daughter got her brownie and I know better than to go inside this Starbucks again. Still, best drive-through in town!
