  • If you happen to, per chance, find yourself in the lovely town of Las Vegas and have a hankering for some truly wonderful seafood...namely their Stone Crab Claws....you must GO to Joes. I have been coming to this location since they opened and it is consistently excellent. Everything they serve is top notch A1!! Stone Crabs are amazing creatures ( they're sustainable as the crab's claws grow back after harvest). If you have not had these large, meaty treats go and treat yourself. Their dipping sauce for the claws is a beautiful accompaniment. I would suggest going for the large claws as they are better ...imho They also serve up a wonderful Alaskan King Crab roll with homemade potato chips..It's good. Steaks are great. Seafood is great. Sides are great. Strong wine list. Fantastic Cocktails....You can see I like this place. If you are dining solo cozy up to the bar and dine: great as a spectator sport of watching all the goings on! It is pricey but god it is soooo worth the money. Highly recommended P.S. If you are in Miami check out the original location it is an amazing restaurant with a load of history.
