  • My wife and I went for lunch. We had been before for breakfast and it was pleasant. This time it was bad as soon as the waitress appeared. She appeared very disinterested in us. We asked about the salad dressings and we were told she thought they had the normal stuff other places have. Great answer!! My wife asked if any were made in house? She said she doubted it. That set the tone and we asked to speak to a manager. The hostess came to speak to us and she was very pleasant and apologetic and embarrassed by our server. We asked for another waiter and it suddenly became respectful and enjoyable. Towards the end of our meal the owner arrived and approached our table to ask if everything was ok. We told her about the experience and she offered a half baked apology. We proceeded to over tip our new waiter just to prove a point. The actual point is we'll never, ever visit again!!
