  • I had this company remove insulation so that my house could be rewired. One of their employees smoked right outside my back door with the door open. My house smelled like smoke and there were cigarette butts left on my property. I called and complained and the person on the phone apologized but did not offer any solution to the matter, my house still smelled like smoke for a while and I had to clean up the cigarette butts. Gross and disrespectful. Would not hire again. UPDATE I've decided to update because of the owner's response. Implying that I'm lying and making it my responsibility to prove myself is quite frankly insulting and disrespectful. That disrespect seems to permeate this company. Note that there wasn't even an apology in the reply.
