  • I wish I didnt even have to give one star to this sorry excuse of a dental staff. I will not be returning. The clinical staff were uninformative, and uncaring. My 2 year old had to have two teeth extracted, they did not inform me that I would not be able to go into the room with her, or give me reason as to why not. Once my daughter was "brought out to us" I could hear her crying and screaming from down the hall, mouth and chest full of blood, once her eyes set on me she came running to me arms open, SCARED. When I tried to speak to the nurse who shoved a goody bag in my hands, I asked her how everything went, she replied "fine". I asked about after care, she replied "put gauze", and rolled her eyes. If it were not for the fact that I was by myself with my screaming, scared child I would have demanded to speak to a manager, or to the dentist and find out why my two year old was in so much distress, obviously she can not speak for herself. The following Monday, I called asking to speak with a manager, and I get asked "for what?". I asked to keep it private and was put on hold for an entire hour, I actually stayed on hold that long waiting to see if someone would ever remember. They are uncaring and I will NEVER return, for the safety of my daughter.
