  • One star for this location. I love gnc and its products, but this location has the worst management. I purchased the lean shake powder. It was BOGO so I got two of them. I got chocolate and strawberry. I didn't really like the strawberry so I went to exchange it. It's never bussy when I go only a couple customers in the store. I thought this would be a quick exchange. I had the receipt and everything. It took this cashier over 30 mins to do the exchange! Elderly women with short blonde hair. She kept saying she couldn't exchange it because of BOGO. I kept telling her its the exact same price that itwas only an exchange. She told me she would just sell nee both again and then just return one. So I was like ok do it. She told me I paid with a debit card abd I had to use that. I was definitely not paying another $52. She told me the money would be back on my card another week. I told her she needed to call her manager and she claimed to be the manager. I told her she better call somebody. After arguing with her for 30mins magically she sed she would just over ride it. I definitely fell like she had bad intentions. If your going to exchange something do not go to the store I have a feeling this woman is a thief!
