This is a second review I write for Color Salon. The first one was in January when they had a problem with a hairpiece order and cancelled my appointment within two hours of the time I was supposed to be there. The day after the issue, Nicki, the manager called me and took total responsibility for the issue and since then they have gone above and beyond to rectify the problem and make sure I always receive great service. Since January I've been there about 4 or 5 times and with the exception of the initial issue, always left very happy with all the employees (I waited until I had few visits to see if the great service was consistent, and it is). Jackie is the person that does my hair/ hair piece maintenance and she is extremely accommodating. She has a super busy schedule (yes, she is that good)and you need to book few weeks in advance to be able to see her. She does all she can to make sure everything goes smoothly. She even went to work 30 minutes earlier one of the times so she could see me and my appointment wouldn't be overdue as we were having major scheduling conflicts that week. My relationship with the salon didn't start on a good note but they surely changed my opinion about them with grace and kindness.
