  • Came into eat earlier tonight with my wife for her birthday and it was such a huge disappointment. We had such high expectations for a place like this and it was horrible. I come from restaurant business of 6 years and my wife was pointing out more things than i was. First off took us about 10 mins + to wait for our server because he had a problem with another guest. Second took about 10 mins for our drinks to arrive. Third the environment and people who worked here looked so lost. Fourth I'm almost 100% sure i was served ketchup with my calamari. Now this could of been a runner mistake but i doubt it. So all i had to eat was some fries. Fifth after eating our food we wait 10+ mins for the bill Last but not least i told the hostess to note a birthday for my wife and nothing was done. I should of just gone to Applebee's or Chili's and spent the same amount of money for more food and more drinks and PROBABLY better service.
