Waited outside to get our tickets that we paid for on the app when we could've got it scanned inside, but the problem was there was no sign saying we could do online purchases inside. Our seats didn't recline so we moved seats and those didn't recline either. We went to the ticket booth to see if they could do something. The teller said he could have the seats checked but we didn't want that since the movie already was starting by that time. He had them check anyways and probably disrupted the audience. We asked for money back and he suggested we go to the imax showing. Ahahaha the imax showing was more expensive and the seats don't recline. It all just takes us back to the point where we wanted the seats to recline.
